Adam Maze

Adam is an operational transformation leader with 24 years’ experience in the consulting industry, including 21 years in operational roles and 15 years in operational leadership positions. Having worked with consulting and technology businesses ranging from founder-led firms to global organisations, he brings extensive experience of designing operating models, improving delivery performance and building the operational foundations that support sustainable growth.

He’s passionate about helping consulting firms work smarter, giving leadership teams better visibility of performance, improving operational efficiency and creating the systems needed to scale with confidence. Having spent much of his career working alongside sales, delivery and operational leaders, he enjoys helping organisations solve practical business challenges in ways that deliver lasting value.

Outside work, Adam is a proud husband and dad to three children, although he admits the family’s eight-year-old mini goldendoodle, Archie, is fast becoming the favourite child, mainly because he doesn’t ask for money or answer back. When work and family life allow, he also volunteers in his local community.

Career highlights include:

  • As Global Director of Delivery Operations at Bluprintx, led the operational integration of two major acquisitions, creating a unified view of Group performance while improving utilisation and pipeline forecasting to strengthen Board and investor confidence in the business outlook.
  • Replaced manual, spreadsheet-based reporting with live operational reporting through the implementation of market-leading PSA platforms, typically identifying and preventing six-figure annual revenue leakage.
  • Designed and implemented operating models and integrated CRM and PSA platforms, giving leadership teams real-time visibility of pipeline, utilisation, delivery performance and profitability.
  • Built and developed high-performing operational teams, including establishing and growing nearshore and offshore delivery partnerships to improve scalability while protecting margins.
  • Worked closely with Sales, Delivery, PMO and Board teams to improve operational performance, process efficiency and business decision-making across complex consulting organisations.
  • As a previous Garwood Growth Associate, delivered PSA implementation and business change programmes for organisations including Finastra, IRIS Software Group, Northgate Public Services, Enablon and Scott Logic, leading requirements definition, workshops, vendor management, user acceptance testing and adoption through to successful delivery.
