The Challenge

A global technology solutions company operating in 19 European countries faced significant operational inefficiencies. Business processes varied widely across regions, leading to inconsistencies in service delivery and performance management.

The absence of standardised key performance indicators (KPIs) made it difficult to assess and drive improvements. Although the company had implemented the Kimble (now Kantata) PSA solution two years earlier, inconsistent usage meant it was not delivering meaningful value.
